Boston Public School "LIVE from the Library" - March 5th, 2025

strumsquadca

Over the past six weeks, the Boston Public School Strum Squad went from learning how to hold a ukulele to rocking out to Imagine Dragons, Justin Timberlake, and even Queen- and now you get to hear the results from their LIVE FROM THE LIBRARY concert performance!

From their very first chord to their final song, these young musicians have worked hard, challenged themselves, and had a ton of fun along the way. It’s amazing to see how much progress they’ve made in such a short time. We had so much fun as a small group of 7 students, and it brought me so much joy to see how much enthusiasm they all brought to lesson each week.

Their final performance was recorded live during our sixth and final lesson in the school library, where students showcased everything they had learned. The room was filled with excitement, a few nervous giggles, and most importantly—music played straight from the heart.

A huge congratulations to the talented students of Boston Public School Strum Squad for their hard work and dedication: Charlie, Ella, Harry, Nolan, Myles, Nathan and Reid!

If your child enjoyed the program, I’d love for you to leave us a 5-star review on Google. It helps more families discover Strum Squad and in return, we can help more kids discover the joy of playing ukulele! Leave a Google Review
