Great experience! I bought my ukulele 5 years ago but after trying online I packed it away and then…strum squad happened! Now I have plenty of tools and I feel confident that I can keep up with my 5 minutes minimum of practice. We learned several strumming patterns including the island strum and I’m looking forward to see what my playing will be like after a year. Our high-energy group music programs can be a highly motivating environment to learn the ukulele in for kids and adults alike, and we wanted to bring that same energy and fun into our students' practice routines. 

That's why we've created countless practice videos that cover everything we learn in our programs, from how to play certain ukulele chords to strum-along videos for the songs we jam along to during our sessions. 

The magic of learning a musical instrument comes from the compounding effect of 5 minutes of daily practice over the duration of the program, and we've made it as fun and encouraging as possible with our practice videos page!
